My parents were leaving the house for the first time in weeks to go my stepfather's mom's house. They said that they'd be home in about an hour.

So, for no apparent reason at all, and without a legal license, not even with my GLASSES, I decided to get into my car and drive around. I ended up driving all the way to work in Marlton, about 20 minutes down Rt. 70. I got out of the car in the parking lot of Bob's, and just took a look around and admired the beautiful night weather. I then proceeded to load back in the driver's seat and head back home on East 70.

I approached my house carefully only to find an empty driveway. I briskly pulled in and walked in the door. I over heard the sound of a SUV pulling in 5 minutes later. I thought to myself how much of an idiot I was for even thinking of taking my car out but I was thankful for no one noticing.
