Holy macoroni!

Woke up, raining. Again. Mom offered a ride, surprisingly. I got ready and didn't have to leave until 7:30 due to the car transportation. Got to school and my throught started hurting everytime I said something so I sat through 1st and 2nd period in silence mostly.

Me, Dang, Shaun Munson, and Jim played Deus Ex on the graphic design computers. Mr. Armour has such a great video card on them machines...he only runs 'em with 32RAM but it still runs smooth as shit. I'm in love with the game but it lags with a frame rate of 1 every 4 seconds. My vid card is pathetic.

Pat went home because of breathing difficulty (I can't spell azmuh). It was a lab day so my health class only had 5 people, including me, total. We watched a movie on teenage sex. Blah.

Study Hall I fixed the analyzer. Went to lunch as the next period. I was really, really, really hungry so I ordered 3 orders of mozarilla sticks. I gave about 2 away because I couldn't finish them all. Best of all, Rach came over unexpectedly to say hiya. She stayed for about 4 minutes and left. Automatically, my day was better. Made fun of Mr. Williams and Steve Toth with Keith and Jay.

The rest of the school was a blur. At 5 minutes before school was out, they announced that bowling was canceled due to the snow and sleet on the roads. Pat wasn't here so it would just be me and all the rest of the idiots so I didn't care. I went upstairs, got the banana coat and caught up with OSOT crew. Mike was hanging out for the first time in a while and at first I was pissed because Rachel was with us. She looked nervous and/or annoyed and I asked what was wrong. She mumbled nothing but later told me that she was hoping that Mike would leave. Wow. He left without saying bye to any of us and Rach just gave a dirty look and said, "God, what a asshole." Even better.

We started walking and me and Rach were walking with each other and talking about some stuff about the play coming up she was in, "Joesph and the Technicolor Dream Coat". She kept trying to tell me something in private but people kept coming up and saying stuff to us. Finally, we got to the Unimart. Everyone goes in and usually gets something to eat. Rach isn't hungry afterschool and I just don't bring any money with me. We went to the side of the store to wait with the others. She looked right to me and said, "So Ed. I've been thinking. I was thinking about how I don't like Mike much anymore...he's been a real jerk to everyone. I was thinking about how happy I would be with Ed instead." I stood there, stared at her for a second and looked away at a parked truck down the street and said, "Wow. Well, I would be happy with Rachel too." and flashed a grin. She smiled back and asked, "Well then, will you be my boyfriend?". She asked me out. She asked me out. SHE FUCKING ASKED ME OUT. I was prepared to ask her in 8 days and she asked me before I got a chance to! I stood there shocked. I tripped over words saying things such as, "I...uh...er...um..." and more. I finally choked out a "I'd love to." She smiled and said "Great." I stood there for a minute and said "Wow. I can't believe that just happened." and she laughed saying, "When everyone comes out, they'll have no idea that it happened so let's just surprise them." We pretended like nothing happened when they came out and the only people that knew were Chelsea and Mark because Rach told them. We walked to her house talking about it all. She asked me why I didn't ask her out before. I said, "Well, I was going to ask you out in *looks at watch* 8 days". She asked why and I said in 8 days, it was Valentines day. She figured it out and said it was "cute". Blah. She said she had no idea how much she liked me until she talked with her friends about it all.

Is this really happening?

Not that anything else could compare to what happened but afterwards, I went to Deane's and messed on his drums. I fuckin' love playing the drums. I'm thinking about getting a set soon.
